I'm Vishal Jadhav, Founder & Director of UX Strategy at Prismic Reflections® — an award-winning design studio based in Nashik, working with companies around the world.

Over the last 23 years, I've helped businesses transform ideas into digital products, enterprise platforms, and customer experiences that create measurable business value. My work spans healthcare, fintech, banking, energy, enterprise software, edtech, cybersecurity, and many other industries. While every industry presents unique challenges, my commitment remains the same—to create genuine value and drive business impact.

I see design as a way of seeing, thinking, doing, and taking responsibility.

Design that goes beyond interfaces or visuals requires understanding the systems we work within, the people using it, the businesses depending on it, the communities it affects.

Good design balances clarity of intent, empathy for users and stakeholders, and disciplined execution.

When done right, design builds trust and influences how people make decisions. That's why it matters beyond business metrics. It touches sustainability, inclusion, and how we shape the world around us.
